Is there a problem with your order
Delays sometimes happen because of bad weather, unexpectedly heavy traffic or issues with delivery vehicles. If this happens, you can contact us for updates.
If an item is damaged, you can return it or request replacement– please send a copy of your delivery note. We’ll then refund the price of the damaged product.
If you're unhappy with any of the products, please contact us.
If you’re not home when we arrive, we’ll try to contact you. If we can’t get hold of you, we’ll return your order to your local store for pick up.
